Mike Shinya
Chairman
Mike was until recently the CEO of IBS Group, a Stockholm headquartered Business Applications Software company operating in over 20 countries globally. Prior to this position Mike was CEO at Sherwood International and Chief Operating Officer at Micro Focus plc (both publicly quoted UK software companies). Mike has been in the IT industry for over 30 years having served in senior positions at IBM, Oracle and Baan Company.
Ulf Zetterberg
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ulf is a co-founder of Seal Software he joined Seal Software from ERP provider IBS AB, where he was SVP and President of Iptor, the hardware and services business of IBS. Prior to joining IBS he was SVP EMEA for Open Text. Ulf brings many years of Enterprise software and services experience in global as well as entrepreneurial environments, having worked at Proact (where he was a co-founder and CEO) as well as Legato, EMC and Kazeon. Ulf studied Economics at Stockholm University.
Mark Williams
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Seal Software, Mark served as CFO for IBS AB, and Paris listed Hubwoo SA, where he served initially as CFO and then as CEO. Prior to this, he was CFO at Atempo, London listed Sherwood International and Converge Inc. He has also held senior finance positions with Baan, Attachmate, and Sun Microsystems after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Mark has a BSc in Electronic Engineering.
Steve Tucker
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to Seal Software Steve served as Senior Vice President, EMEA for Spend to Pay Procurement software provider, Hubwoo. Steve joined Hubwoo after Intersources, the procurement services firm that he co-founded , was acquired by them in 2007. Steve's background is in commodity risk management, trading, sourcing and procurement having held senior roles with Mars, United Biscuits and Refco. Steve has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
Andrew Isherwood
Board Member
Andrew, a veteran of Hewlett Packard with more than 25 years service, has held key roles in the United Kingdom, Europe and worldwide. Currently a SVP, Andrew previously served as VP, leading the worldwide sales, services and support organisation for software. Prior to this he was vice president and general manager for the HP software business in EMEA, where he led a highly successful team in driving revenue, growth and profitability. Prior to this, Andrew managed HP's enterprise business in EMEA, responsible for the sale of HP products and services into the company's top 5,000 accounts. Andrew holds a degree in business studies from the University of London and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
