Ulf Zetterberg
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ulf is a co-founder of Seal Software he joined Seal Software from ERP provider IBS AB, where he was SVP and President of Iptor, the hardware and services business of IBS. Prior to joining IBS he was SVP EMEA for Open Text. Ulf brings many years of Enterprise software and services experience in global as well as entrepreneurial environments, having worked at Proact (where he was a co-founder and CEO) as well as Legato, EMC and Kazeon. Ulf studied Economics at Stockholm University.
Mark Williams
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Seal Software, Mark served as CFO for IBS AB, and Paris listed Hubwoo SA, where he served initially as CFO and then as CEO. Prior to this, he was CFO at Atempo, London listed Sherwood International and Converge Inc. He has also held senior finance positions with Baan, Attachmate, and Sun Microsystems after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Mark has a BSc in Electronic Engineering.
Steve Tucker
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to Seal Software Steve served as Senior Vice President, EMEA for Spend to Pay Procurement software provider, Hubwoo. Steve joined Hubwoo after Intersources, the procurement services firm that he co-founded , was acquired by them in 2007. Steve's background is in commodity risk management, trading, sourcing and procurement having held senior roles with Mars, United Biscuits and Refco. Steve has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
Kevin Gidney
Founder & Chief Technical Architect
Kevin Gidney is the founder of Seal Software. He has held various senior technical positions within Legato, EMC, Kazeon, Iptor and Open Text. His roles have included management, solutions architecture and technical pre-sales, with a background in electronics and computer engineering, applied to both software and hardware solutions.
Ib Mussa
Vice President of Operations, North America
Ib brings over 40 years of client management and executive experience to the organization. Prior to joining Seal Software, Ib was VP of Customer Advocacy at the 41st Parameter, Managing Director of Converge Asia and held senior management positions at Baan, RJR Nabisco and Del Monte. Ib received his MSc in Computer Science from the University of California.
Mark Rollins
Vice President, Product Management
Mark has over 20 years of experience working as an Enterprise Solutions Architect for companies such as EMC, Bocada and Kazeon. Mark has been involved with Seal Software since it’s conception and is responsible for bringing software products to market, both as a product manager and as a solutions architect. He is also responsible for Professional Services for EMEA.
