    Founder and Chief Executive Officer

    Ulf Zetterberg

    Ulf co-founded Seal Software in 2010 and drives the company’s overall strategy and execution. He brings over 25 years of enterprise software and services experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. As a serial entrepreneur, Ulf is passionate about innovation and growth, and is driven by and committed to a strong customer-first culture. Prior to Seal, Ulf held senior executive positions at companies like OpenText, Legato, EMC, Kazeon and Proact.  Ulf studied Economics at Stockholm University.

  • Kevin Gidney

    Founder and Chief Technical Officer

    Kevin Gidney

    Kevin, a founder of Seal Software, has held various senior technical positions within Legato, EMC, Kazeon, Iptor and Open Text. His roles have included management, solutions architecture and technical pre-sales, with a background in electronics and computer engineering, applied to both software and hardware solutions.

  • Mark Williams

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mark Williams

    Prior to joining Seal Software, Mark served as CFO for IBS AB, and Paris listed Hubwoo SA, where he served initially as CFO and then as CEO. Prior to this, he was CFO at Atempo, London listed Sherwood International and Converge Inc. He has also held senior finance positions with Baan, Attachmate, and Sun Microsystems after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Mark has a BSc in Electronic Engineering.

    Rich Bohne

    Rich is responsible for leading the worldwide revenue generation processes at Seal Software. He has more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry building and managing high performance teams. Prior to Seal Software, Rich held executive sales positions at Quest Software, which had a successful IPO in 1999, and Dell where he led the Americas sales teams for Dell Software Group. He has a BS degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University.

    David Gingell

    David joined Seal in February 2017 after 25 years of experience in hi-tech sales and marketing. His most recent position was as CMO of TeamViewer GmbH, the remote access and control software specialist. Prior to that role he was the VP Marketing for EMEA for major tech brands EMC, Adobe and NetApp over a ten-year period. Gingell was also an early employee of Documentum which was later acquired by EMC. He was a key player in the formation of the Enterprise Content Management market, and helped Documentum reach the number 1 vendor position prior to its acquisition. Early in his career, he held technical and sales roles at Ingres and Oracle. He holds an honors degree from the University of Wales and an MBA from Henley Business School, UK.

    John O’Melia

    John is responsible for ensuring customer success at Seal Software. He brings a wealth of experience in the enterprise software industry having held senior leadership positions in services, sales and product development. John leads Seal Software’s Professional Services, Legal Services, Managed Services, Customer Support and Customer Success teams. Prior to Seal Software, John was responsible for WW Services and Customer Success at EMC’s Enterprise Content Division. The early part of John’s career was spent in consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM where he rose through the ranks and became a Partner. He holds an honors degree from Huddersfield University.

  • Steve Tucker

    Steve Tucker

    Prior to joining Seal Software, Steve served as Senior Vice President, EMEA for Spend to Pay Procurement software provider Hubwoo. Steve came to Hubwoo after Intersources, the procurement services firm that he co-founded, was acquired by them in 2007. Steve’s background is in commodity risk management, trading, sourcing and procurement having held senior roles with Mars, United Biscuits and Refco. Steve has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.

    LAURIE BRASNER, ESQ.

    Laurie Maroun Brasner is General Counsel of Seal Software. As General Counsel, Laurie is responsible for managing and overseeing all of Seal’s legal matters. Prior to becoming GC, Laurie was a Senior Director of Legal Services at Seal. Prior to joining Seal, Laurie was the lead contract management knowledge specialist with a multinational consulting group where she assisted clients in developing and implementing contract management solutions. She also served as in-house counsel to both DIRECTV Latin America, LLC and Société Générale, New York and was a corporate associate with Shearman & Sterling and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Laurie received her JD from Boston University School of Law and completed her undergraduate work at Barnard College of Columbia University.

    Dan Daehler

    Prior to joining Seal Software, Dan most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Supplier Business, Support and Customer Satisfaction for Spend to Pay Procurement software provider Hubwoo. Dan came to Hubwoo after Intersources, the procurement services firm that he co-founded, which was acquired by Hubwoo in 2007. Dan’s background is in sourcing consulting, business development, support/CSAT and procurement having held additional roles with AT Kearney and Transora. Dan holds Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.

  • Tobias Hannon

    Vice President, EMEA

    Tobias Hannon

    He began his career at General Electric (GE) in 1993 and held multiple senior-level positions globally over his 7 year career there. He joined a start-up spend management software company, Procuri, in 2001 and led the set up and growth of EMEA operations, growing revenue to 30% of the company total and participated in a successful sale to Ariba in 2007. He achieved similar success with a developing software firm called CombineNet; leading their European business and again participating in another successful company sale to SciQuest in 2013.

    Mark Rollins

    Mark has over 20 years’ experience working as an Enterprise Solutions Architect for companies such as EMC, Bocada and Kazeon. Mark has been involved with Seal Software since its conception and is responsible for bringing software products to market, both as a product manager and as a solutions architect.

    Fred Viscogliosi

    Fred has over 25 years of Sales leadership experience where he helped shape sales teams at leading software organizations. At Seal Software Fred is Vice President of Sales where he leads the sales operation for enterprise accounts. Prior to joining Seal Software, Fred  was previously with Workday where had Vertical sales responsibility for Financial Services and Business Service accounts. Fred also served in  executive leadership positions with organizations such as- Oracle, Netscape & MicroStrategy where he had North American & Canadian responsibility for sales & support. Fred Holds a Bachelor Degree of Science from St John's University.

  • Christina Wojcik, Esq.

    Global VP, Technical and Legal Solution Consultants

    Christina Wojcik, Esq.

    Christina leads the technical and legal solution consultant organization, globally, at Seal Software. As VP of Solution Consulting, she focuses on ensuring that her team provides prospective clients robust solutions to meet their complex contract discovery and analytics needs. Prior to joining Seal, Christina was the Practice Executive, Contract Management at IBM.  She was responsible for Contract Management Strategy & Best Practices. She worked closely with Fortune 500 companies to replace high-risk, manually-intensive contract management processes with proven, scalable technology that delivers complete risk oversight and obligation management to legal organizations, while streamlining the end-to-end process, thereby increasing revenue and reducing costs. Christina also worked with alliance partners to create innovative solutions that provide a robust legal technology offering.
