Seal 5.4: Improving the Customer Experience and Outcomes

Cheryl O'Neill | Mar 09, 2018

Seal launched our first version in late 2010, since then Seal has helped hundreds of companies discover, review, and analyze their contracts. This customer partnership and Seal’s focus on creating outcomes that meet or exceed expectations results in the improvement to the system’s capabilities and the user experience. The release of Seal 5.4 represents significant advances in three key enterprise productivity areas – contract on-boarding, rapid in-line document review, and AI-enhanced logic engine processes.

The 5.4 advancements could save customers hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of dollars. But for customers with on-site deployments, there is often a delay between the product release and the update of the on-site system. Users may not see their enhancement requests and new features for months as they wait for IT to schedule their upgrade. With each Seal quarterly release that is not applied, the number of lost opportunities to improve productivity and save money increase. Given Seal’s swift pace of advancement in AI-enhanced contract management and analytics, customers need a deployment model that minimizes upgrade lag time – the Seal Cloud Services offering addresses this challenge and can help companies maintain continuous improvement in their legal operations and visibility.
