Welcome to Seal's Customer Success organization!

At Seal, we believe our long-term success as an organization is intrinsically linked to the success of our customers.  If our customers have successful deployments and consistently drive great value from their investment in Seal technology, we believe they will not only be great long-term customers, but also great advocates for Seal technology in the marketplace.

To support this core belief, we have invested heavily in creating a world-class over-arching Customer Success organization to work hand-in-hand with our customers. The following components and teams help us achieve our Customer Success goals:

Customer Success Management – Seal’s Customer Success Managers have a deep passion for building relationships and driving value.  By partnering closely with our customers, they gain an understanding of the organization and business operations, as much as possible from an outsider perspective, and provide significant counsel on what can produce value and how to measure it.

Professional Services – A team of highly skilled consultants who work with our customers to understand their requirements to ensure Seal is configured to meet their needs and deliver real business value.  As part of a typical project, the Professional Services team participates in knowledge transfer and skills development to ensure our customers fully understand and are able to utilize the wide range of capabilities possible from their investment.

Customer Support – The Seal Customer Support team is there for you when you need Seal Technical Support, providing customers with a choice of support offerings  Our Standard Support offering provides 9 to 5 support around the globe, while our Premiere Support option provides global 24 by 7 support.

Learning Services – The Learning Services team provides you with the tools needed to get the most out of Seal – empowering you with knowledge, skills, and capabilities to ensure a successful deployment. Regardless of your learner level, whether you are a first-timer or a veteran looking to expand your expertise, our Learning Services team can help.

Seal Cloud Services – A fully managed offering of the Seal platform, Seal Cloud Services (SCS) provides complete managed physical infrastructure and Seal platform-level services. We realize our customers want choice, whether it is the ability to run the software on-premises or the ability to run the Seal platform in a secure and protected cloud environment, Seal Cloud Services provides the flexibility to meet the desired deployment model.
