Vincent Gaemers

Managing Partner | the Room

Insight London

As a partner of the ROOM, Vincent has seen over 500 deals from a document related perspective in pre and post deal situations. He is a speaker on contract management events and advices on business cases for mid enterprise and corporates using Seal as main tooling. Vincent holds an MA in Economics from University of Groningen.

As an Economist in legal support services, Vincent moves like the sheep among wolves in a highly conservative market as M&A services. In a deadline driven environment like M&A, it is rather absurd that people still use handouts and hand-written papers to manage deals. Hence the ROOM, showcasing a huge opportunity for automated contract analysis in an old-fashioned run business. Vincent will showcase opportunities from both selling and buying parties, and the added value for legal and financial support during pre-during and post deal.
